Limit of 2 pets per home.
Non-refundable pet fee is $500 for 1 pet and $750 for 2 pets.
Monthly pet rent of $20 will be charged per pet.
Breed restrictions apply.
Breed restrictions include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Persa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd, and any mix thereof.
